Single-girder overhead traveling cranes

Zerbinati’s single-girder overhead traveling cranes are standard handling and lifting machines suited for the installation in production workshops, finished product warehouses, maintenance services and for auxiliary services of large systems. In our single-girder overhead traveling crane production, we can supply machines of various capacity from 5ton to 30ton, with average gauge from 10m to 30m.

The design of our cranes starts from the customer's specific requests and design data in order to offer the best customized solution. Standard or electro-welded box girders can be studied with a lowered solution in case of installation in spaces with reduced dimensions. The ad hoc design applies the most updated technological solutions. Our cranes can be equipped with a trolley hoist, with a standard winch trolley or with a Zerbinati ® production. The command and control equipment can be manual or PLC-managed ad hoc programmed by our technicians.

Using standard components means that the design and construction times as well as the construction and management costs are contained. All Zerbinati ® projects are developed in compliance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42 /EC, the service classifications UNI ISO 4301 or FEM 1.001 III ed. Rev.1998, and in compliance with the local directives or with the specific use requirements requested by the customer. The service also includes the possible supply of girders and columns bearing the runways, with UNI EN 1090 certification.
